Use of the App
Nuhra provides scripture-based guidance, reflection, and prayer responses based on situations you describe. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Spiritual Content Disclaimer
Nuhra is a guidance tool, not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counseling, or medical advice. The scripture references and reflections provided are generated with care but should be considered personal spiritual encouragement, not authoritative theological instruction. If you are in crisis, please seek qualified professional help.
Subscriptions
Nuhra offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Nuhra Pro") that unlock additional features:
- Nuhra Pro Monthly — billed monthly at the price shown at purchase
- Nuhra Pro Annual — billed annually at the price shown at purchase
Subscriptions are managed through the app store account used at purchase and are subject to the applicable app store's standard terms. Key details:
- Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App is the property of Abide Labs LLC or its licensors. Bible verse text is sourced from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without permission.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any scripture-based content for your specific situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abide Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
