Our Products
These terms apply to Abide Labs applications and services, including Nuhra, FrugalRadar, Think2x, and any future applications or services we release. App-specific terms may also be provided. Where app-specific terms exist, they supplement these general terms.
Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful, personal, and permitted purposes. You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with our services or infrastructure.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or resell our applications or services except where allowed by law.
- Use our services to create, submit, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Violate any applicable law, platform rule, or third-party right.
AI-Generated and Informational Content
Some Abide Labs products may provide AI-generated suggestions, spiritual reflections, deal information, recommendations, summaries, or other informational content. This content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
Our services do not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, professional counseling, or emergency advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified professional help when appropriate.
User Content
You are responsible for content you enter, upload, or submit through our services. You should not submit sensitive information unless a feature clearly requires it and you are comfortable doing so. You grant Abide Labs the limited right to process user content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service you are using.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Some products may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another platform are handled by that platform and may be subject to its own terms, billing rules, cancellation process, and refund policy.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the platform or account settings where the purchase was made.
Third-Party Services
Our products may rely on third-party services for hosting, app distribution, payments, analytics, AI processing, maps, notifications, or other functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or availability.
Intellectual Property
Our applications, websites, designs, logos, software, and related content are owned by Abide Labs LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our products or content without permission, except where allowed by law.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and used.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We do not guarantee that any service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for Abide Labs or others, or used the services unlawfully. You may stop using our services at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abide Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Abide Labs for the applicable service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Abide Labs LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
