Think2x ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Abide Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information Think2x may collect, how it is used, and what choices you have.
What Think2x Does
Think2x is an AI reply coaching app that helps you craft thoughtful responses to difficult conversations. You describe or screenshot a conversation, and Think2x generates strategic reply suggestions with outcome labels and confidence scores.
Information We Process
- Text input you provide. When you type or paste conversation context, that text is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate reply suggestions. This text is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the response is generated.
- Locally saved content. Reply history and saved suggestions are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
- Subscription status. If you subscribe to Think2x Pro, subscription and entitlement data is managed through Apple and RevenueCat. We receive only your entitlement status — not your payment details.
- Limited technical data. We may receive limited device or diagnostic information from platform and infrastructure providers to keep the app functioning and improve reliability.
Data Retention
- Text input: Processed in real time by OpenAI for reply generation. Not stored on our servers. Subject to OpenAI's data usage policies.
- Local data: Stored on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
- Subscription records: Retained by Apple and RevenueCat per their respective policies.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing.
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not use cross-app tracking or advertising identifiers.
- We do not store your conversation text on our servers.
Third-Party Services
Think2x relies on the following third-party providers:
- OpenAI — processes your text input to generate reply suggestions
- Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases
- RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management
- Expo — app infrastructure and build tooling
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
Children's Privacy
Think2x is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Your Choices
- You can delete saved replies and history from within the app.
- You can remove all local data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
