These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the BellRinger text messaging program, operated by Abide Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") on behalf of participating automotive dealerships. By contacting a participating dealership and engaging in a text conversation, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
BellRinger sends conversational text messages from a participating dealership in response to contact you initiate (for example, by calling the dealership or submitting an online inquiry). Messages may help answer questions about vehicles, hours, pricing, and availability, and help you schedule a visit.
How You Opt In
You consent to receive text messages when you initiate contact with the dealership — by calling its published phone number or submitting an online inquiry form — and agree to continue the conversation by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the dealership.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt Out and Help
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
