These Terms of Use govern your use of Think2x ("the App"), an AI reply coaching app operated by Abide Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
About Think2x
Think2x helps you craft thoughtful replies to difficult conversations. You describe a situation and Think2x generates strategic reply suggestions with outcome labels and confidence scores. Think before you text.
Use of the App
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or attempt to access it by unauthorized means
- Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or defamatory
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
AI Content Disclaimer
Think2x provides AI-generated reply suggestions only. These suggestions are not legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or professional counseling. The replies generated are strategic suggestions intended to help you think through your response — the final decision of what to say is always yours.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Always use your own judgment before sending any reply. Abide Labs LLC is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated suggestions.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the messages you choose to send based on Think2x suggestions.
- You are responsible for not inputting sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or passwords) into the App.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Subscriptions
Think2x offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Think2x Pro") that unlocks unlimited reply analyses:
- Think2x Pro Monthly — $2.99/month, with a 7-day free trial
Subscriptions are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple's standard terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App is the property of Abide Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without permission.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abide Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abide Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
